Mr. Brij Sharma has more than 30 years of experience in new project development with Pace Global, Constellation, and Reliance Industries. He has overseen projects in India, the U.S and South America on a scale of $100 million to $500 million. Mr. Brij Sharma founded MDIndia in 2000, one of the First Indian Government Licensed TPA's in India, providing comprehensive claims mgt. and administrative services to Insurance Companies and managing a network of more than 17,000 hospitals/medical facilities in India today. Mr. Brij Sharma possesses strong experience in offshore business development and management. Mr. Brij Sharma received his MBA in Finance and Strategy from Yale University in 1995 and has an Engineering Degree from the coveted College of Engineering, Pune, India.

Mr. Rajnish Sharma, Chairman, has been with MDIndia since inception. He comes with more than 32 years of experience in Franchisee Network Setup, Operational Management of large and distributed workforce. He is an MBA, LLB and PG in Personnel Management, trained at the National Insurance Academy, Pune.

Mr. Sameer is a Bachelor in Computer Technology, and an MBA from one of the top B Schools with a Diploma in Industrial & Labor Law, and having worked in India & abroad, he has about 30+ years of rich experience and has worked in management & diverse senior positions with reputed firms like the Tata’s, Siemens, SHV Energy and has been working and making inroads in both the US Health Insurance and the Indian Health Insurance Industry with the MDIndia Group since 2003. Mr. Sameer has many firsts to his credit, including setting up and developing an off-shore US Health Claims Processing Centre and a US Health Insurance Software & Systems Development Vertical, which he successfully grew to more than 1200 employees with high levels of CSAT and overall quality of organizational and business performance. Mr. Sameer has also been an aviator and held a Private & Commercial Pilots License & other air certifications. Mr. Sameer is a tenured MDIndian and as the Managing Director, he leads the entire organization.

Mr. R Soundararajan [aka Rajan] holds a BSC, BA, LLB, & DLL&LW, and has about 45 years of rich experience in the Financial & Administrative sectors and has worked in senior roles with large and reputed institutions like the Bank of India and Societe Generale. Mr. Rajan has been with MDIndia since 2004 and has been instrumental in its growth and development. Immediately prior to joining MDIndia, he has been pivotal in achieving to his credit the entire set-up of a Private Bank and its Banking Operations and is an expert at successfully managing multifarious roles. Mr. Rajan is a tenured MDIndian and as the CEO, he oversees Finance and Accounts, Compliance and Regulatory affairs of the Company and is also a key advisor to the board.
