How to Raise a Grievance

Customers may contact us through any of the following channels:

  1. Email: grievance@mdindia.com
  2. Courier or Fax (addressed to the respective Regional/Branch Office)
  3. Walk-in at any of our branch offices
  4. Through the grievance section on our official website
Our Commitment
  1. Every grievance will be acknowledged within 24 hours of receipt
  2. Walk-in grievances will be acknowledged immediately at the branch
  3. Couriers and faxes will be confirmed by the receiving office
  4. Depending on the nature of the grievance, a resolution will be provided within 7 working days
