Our Commitment

Every grievance will be acknowledged within 24 hours of receipt

Walk-in grievances will be acknowledged immediately at the branch

Couriers and faxes will be confirmed by the receiving office

Depending on the nature of the grievance, a resolution will be provided within 7 working days
