Premium of the Main Member irrespective of the age of the Main Member.(Inclusive of Service Tax( 10.30 %) & Subscription to Trust @ Rs 10/-) is Rs 2215/- (The age cannot be more than 75 yrs.)

Premium
Total Premium of the Family ( Inclusive of service Tax and subscription to Trust @ Rs 10/- Per Main Member)  = Total Premium of Main Member + Total Premium of the Dependants
Premium to be remitted to the Trust  = Premium collected from one family – Rs20*
*The Cooperative Society shall retain Rs20/- collected per Main Member/family with itself as enrollment fee.
